Chris Baryomunsi is a physician, public health specialist, demographer, and politician. He is the Minister for ICT and National Guidance in the Cabinet of Uganda. He served as State Minister of Health for General Duties. Baryomunsi is the elected member of Parliament for Kinkizi County East.
