Grancia Kalule

Grancia Mugalula Kalule is a PhD student at the University of Manchester (UOM), researching the regulation of emerging technologies in healthcare, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence, big data, and robotics. Prior to joining UOM, she worked as an Assistant Lecturer at the School of Law at Makerere University. Her research interests encompass health law, disability law, human rights, and the intersection of law and technology. Additionally, she serves as the director of programmes at the Centre for Law and Emerging Technologies (CLET), a research centre dedicated to law and emerging technology. Grancia is passionate about the convergence of health and emerging technologies.
